1. Scope of Services

Peak Performance Automotive Diagnostics LLC provides mobile automotive diagnostics, maintenance, and minor mechanical repair services at the customer’s chosen location. Services may include, but are not limited to, system diagnostics, brake and rotor replacement, starter and alternator installation, oil and filter changes, and other light mechanical work.

All services are performed at the customer’s request based on available information about the vehicle’s condition.

2. Appointments & Call-Out Fee

A $45 call-out fee is required to confirm all mobile appointments. This fee covers travel and initial inspection time and will be credited toward diagnostic or repair services performed during the same visit.

Once a technician is dispatched, the call-out fee becomes non-refundable, even if the customer chooses not to proceed with additional repairs.

3. Payment Policy

Payment is due immediately upon completion of service, unless otherwise arranged in writing.

Accepted Payment Methods: Cash, Debit or Credit Card, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, Apple Pay/Apple Cash, Secure Invoice via Square or Squarespace

Unpaid balances are subject to a $50 late fee and 10% monthly interest beginning ten (10) days after the service date.

Failure to render payment authorizes the Company to pursue collection of the outstanding balance, including reasonable legal and administrative fees.

Ownership of installed parts and materials remains the property of the Company until payment is received in full.

4. Warranty & Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. All services performed by Peak Performance Automotive Diagnostics LLC are covered by a 30-day or 500-mile workmanship guarantee, whichever occurs first.

This guarantee applies only to the labor provided and does not cover:

• Customer-supplied parts or materials

• Normal wear and tear

• Unrelated mechanical or electrical failures occurring after service

Warranty claims must be reported within the coverage period and are subject to verification by our technicians.

5. Liability Disclaimer

Diagnostics and repairs are performed based on the condition of the vehicle at the time of service.

Peak Performance Automotive Diagnostics LLC is not responsible for preexisting mechanical, electrical, or structural issues, or for any future vehicle failures unrelated to the services performed.

The Company is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, loss of vehicle use, or any issues arising from parts, systems, or conditions outside the scope of the work completed.

We make no warranties, express or implied, beyond those described in the Warranty & Guarantee section.

6. Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

• Provide safe and legal access to the vehicle and surrounding work area

• Accurately describe vehicle symptoms and history

• Approve all services and costs before work begins

• Remove personal belongings from the vehicle before service

Failure to meet these conditions may result in service refusal or rescheduling at the customer’s expense.

7. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

If a technician has already been dispatched, the $45 call-out fee is non-refundable.

Customers may reschedule an appointment once at no additional charge if notice is provided at least 24 hours in advance.

Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment may require a new $45 call-out fee, as technician routes and time slots are pre-scheduled.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By scheduling a service, paying an invoice, or allowing work to begin, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
