A $45 call-out fee is required to confirm your booking. This acts as a non-refundable deposit and covers travel and initial inspection time. The call-out fee will be credited toward your total repair or diagnostic service completed during the same visit.

If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to transfer your deposit to the new appointment.

Be sure to include accurate contact information and your vehicle’s make, model, and issue in the booking notes.

Please ensure your vehicle is parked in a safe, accessible area for service (driveway, parking lot, etc.).
